Muse & Motif, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Below, you'll find important details about our shipping processes, timeframes, and policies.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
We offer a unique collection of products that are either dropshipped from our trusted suppliers or printed on demand (POD). Due to this, shipping times vary based on the product type and fulfillment location.
- Dropshipped Products: Sourced from various suppliers and shipped directly to you.
- Print-on-Demand Products: Custom-made after you place your order, ensuring uniqueness and quality.
Estimated Shipping Timeframes
Standard shipping times range from 10 to 24 days, depending on product availability, production times, and shipping destination. Below is a general guideline:

Shipping Rates & Methods
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the product type, weight, and shipping location.
- Expedited Shipping: Not available at this time due to fulfillment constraints.
We partner with global carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the fulfillment center.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you can expect an email with tracking information. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Please note:
- Customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
- International orders may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance procedures.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive for timely deliveries, factors such as carrier delays, customs holds, or unforeseen circumstances may impact shipping times. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at support@themuseandmotif.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Returns & Refunds for Shipping Issues
- If an item is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund upon carrier confirmation.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the product and packaging.
- If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
- Domestic returns are subject to an $8 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email. This process can take up to 3 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
- We do not accept returns for delays caused by shipping carriers.
